We bring stories to life on Literature Day! Rich narratives build our poetic and moral imagination and this day is part of cultivating students to love what is good. Students dress up as a favorite character from one of the books their class has read together. For instance, there is a tea party with Alice and her gang. Laura Ingalls and friends have a square dance. Art supplies abound and wonderful messes are made in the kitchen. This might be our favorite day of the year!
